ThinkBDW have won a three-way pitch for a new development in Cambridge being built by Chelmsford-based developer Stonebond.
The development is the former Waterbeach barracks and as well as new homes featuring contemporary Cambridge architecture, the site will feature a 23 acre lake, schools, mature woodland, sports facilities, shops and cafes and an orchard.
The win includes the delivery of all marketing collateral including marketing suite and UX system.
