Kate Cox named in Management Today's Women in Leadership Power List 2026

Kate Cox, CEO of MISSION Agency, Bray Leino, has been named in Management Today’s Women in Leadership Power List 2026, one of the most respected celebrations of women driving change and ambition across UK business and industry.

Appointed CEO at 38, Kate has delivered sustained international growth for the full-service creative agency, shaping a culture that proves commercial success and people-first leadership go hand in hand.

Under her leadership, Bray Leino holds IPA CPD Platinum Accreditation and is an Advertising Association All In Champion. Kate’s influence extends beyond the Agency: under her leadership, Bray Leino raised £2m for North Devon Hospice, she served as a trustee of the 2 Minute Foundation championing environmental action, supports multiple social mobility initiatives, and enabled pro bono work that secured the UK’s first World Surfing Reserve, supporting a £52m local economy.

Commenting on the recognition, Kate said: “It’s a privilege to be included in this list alongside so many remarkable women. This kind of recognition is a reminder of how fortunate I am to work with and learn from brilliant people every day across Bray Leino and the wider MISSION Group. There is still work to do, but I’m proud to work alongside so many people who are determined to ensure more women reach the top, not as exceptions but as the norm.”

John Carey, CEO of MISSION Group, added: “Kate is an outstanding leader who has built something genuinely exceptional at Bray Leino. The commercial results speak for themselves, but what sets Kate apart is the culture she has created, one where people thrive and Clients stay. This recognition is thoroughly deserved and a proud moment for everyone across Bray Leino, MISSION Agency and the wider Group.”
