MISSION Agency, Livity, has appointed Ashika Chauhan as Executive Creative Director.
She keeps her role as Group Executive Creative Director at Bray Leino Group, where she’s part of the Group’s wider creative leadership team.
The appointment recognises the creative flair Ashika has brought to Livity over the last six months. That includes leading recent campaigns for Google and CoppaFeel!. Her storytelling has also powered work for household brands such as Elephant Atta and Pizza Hut.
In her new role, Ashika will oversee Livity’s creative output and bring her social-first expertise to Clients. She’ll also strengthen the link between Livity and the Group’s growing social capability. She’ll report to Wayne Deakin, Bray Leino Group Chief Creative Officer. She’ll also work with the Livity team to bring in the next cohort of In Future List, its 10-month talent accelerator for young creatives from diverse backgrounds.
Ashika is a D&AD Awards judge and D&AD Festival panellist in 2026. She has previously judged the Campaign Inspiring Women Awards, the Gerety Awards, Campaign Big Awards and D&AD New Blood.
Alex Goat, CEO at Livity, said: “We’ve worked with Ash and her team on several projects over the last six months, and it’s resulted in some of our favourite Client work to date. Ash’s ability to create work which meaningfully engages communities to build brands through social aligns perfectly with the challenges Clients are coming to us to solve. Her roots in Leicester provide an exemplary base as we look to create opportunities for even more young creatives outside of the London bubble.”
Ashika said: “I’ve always found real purpose in seeing a young person empowered to make an impact with their creativity, and that’s what Livity’s legacy is embedded in. The UK is rich with talent, but many people from working class backgrounds aren’t often given a route into the industry. I’m excited to start thinking about how In Future List can live in spaces and places that we’ve not seen before.”
