Working with environmental consultancy Green Element, we have mapped our Carbon Footprint, set out Science-Based Targets and developed an Emission Reduction Roadmap. All our Agencies are also committed to creating ISO 14001 standard Environmental Management Systems and progressive policies for change.
Our Diversity & Inclusion Manifesto sets out our plan to enhance the presence of under-represented groups, foster new talent and provide opportunities for all – with initiatives such as Inclusive Leadership training, a Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Board Champion, and partnerships with diversity groups such as Creative Access and Anthony Nolan Trust.
