The role


As an SEO Manager you will provide pivotal support across search and data for clients across krow, unlocking digital growth. You will have the ability to inspire creative teams with human centric copy briefs, unlocking business growth through action focussed auditing.

The position sits within our Digital Engagement Team. We believe that digital strategy is grounded in delivering the best-in-class experiences for end users. We are looking for someone to bring strong search capabilities to this team.


Key accountabilities and responsibilities include:

  • Technical search auditing and keyword research to define meaningful paths to growth with prioritisation
  • Technical expertise – being able to recommend the right approach within niche areas such as internationalisation, structured data etc.
  • Spotting opportunities for growth within our existing clients collaborating with our client service team to find the biggest business impact search can have
  • Making technical enhancements through CMS platforms
  • Collaborating with wider teams to ensure maximum SEO benefit of campaigns
  • Expertise in web analytics including adobe and Google
  • Briefing and coaching creative teams to create best in class copy and visuals for digital content.
  • Reporting on success of any work – showing strong ROI and adding layers of insight which moves our work forward.
  • Experience in onsite CRO
  • Strong knowledge and experience on web build projects and managing implementation of search strategies and key tasks throughout migration
  • Collaborate with Paid Digital Manager to shape PPC campaigns based on opportunities uncovered through search.
  • Experience in dashboarding including google data studio desirable
  • Keyword research within and beyond the expected terms to unlock growth
  • Experience in social reporting desirable
  • Comfortable briefing developers on key technical optimisation needed.
  • Strong knowledge and opinions on search optimisation tools
  • Working with the internal team to help develop stronger content for the krow.x website.
  • Experience with PPC and paid media desirable.
