The People Team are based across several locations in the UK and Asia, working both onsite with Agencies and remotely. We are a professional, close knit team, comprising of 18 specialists in Strategic HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development, People Services, Reward & Benefits and People Analytics.


Reporting into the Head of Talent, this is a busy hands-on recruitment role that will own the end to end process for a number of Agencies within the Mission Group.




The role is a real mix of hands-on recruitment delivery, from taking briefs, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, to strategic partnering with key stakeholders, helping them to shape their teams through advice on the labour market. you will be responsible for recruiting into a number of different businesses, and some travel in the future is expected.


You will have previous end to end recruitment experience and be able to juggle delivery against some project work. You will need to be able to demonstrate credibility as a consultative recruitment partner and your ability to build strong relationships with senior managers. You will also need to be confident in building appropriate talent pools through networking, LinkedIn and other social media channels, both for live roles and future roles.




• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment process and manage the end-to-end process for all permanent, temporary and fixed term hiring

• Take effective briefs and create/deliver effective recruitment plans for both short and long term requirements

• Preparing adverts from Role Profiles provided and the vacancy brief; posting roles on appropriate channels

• Sourcing candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter

• Screening applications including telephone/video calls

• Organising interview logistics and confirmations

• Providing interview feedback to candidates, including management of the offer process

• Support freelance/temporary resource request across the group, ensuring the appropriate authorisation is gained

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned recruiting managers in a business partner model

• Providing consultative recruitment advice and support to line managers around process, timelines and salary benchmarking; advising and educating on recruitment best practice

• Constantly building talent pools for future recruitment needs, building a network for assigned business areas and wider business, particularly for candidates looking to relocate

• Support colleagues with recruitment across other business areas during busy times

• Co-working, assisting or leading on other Recruitment projects/programmes such as employer branding, ED&I initiatives, technology development, working with Schools/Colleges/Universities etc




• Previous experience in at least one of the following recruitment areas; In-house, Agency or RPO

• Knowledge of recruiting permanent, temporary, FTC and freelance hires

• Evidence of direct sourcing with low recruitment agency reliance

• Ability to quickly build relationships with managers/senior managers

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter

• Strong influencing, verbal communication and written communication skills

• High level of self-motivation, thriving under pressure to tight timescales, driven by filling roles with the right people

• Full driving licence/car and able to undertake some travel to other sites, when possible, in the future

• Excellent organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail

• Self-motivated

• Ability to work flexibly, on own initiative and as part of a team

• Ability to build strong manager and candidate relationships

• Up to date knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment
