The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious self-starter to lead the Creative Services function in our London office. Developing a first-class approach to creative resourcing and management that will deliver the efficient and effective delivery of the highest creative standards from concepts to finished artwork.

This is a new role within the agency and an opportunity for the successful candidate to design, develop and build a creative services process that will transform the quality and efficiency of our output. Reporting directly into the agency’s management team, and mentoring a Creative Workflow Coordinator, this is a real opportunity for someone to make their mark in the industry as an ambitious creative services leader.

This new position will play a pivotal role in the agency’s operations and, as such, you’ll be a central point of contact within the agency and wider network for account managers, as well as the Creative, Development and Insight & Planning teams, and you’ll pride yourself on developing positive solutions-focused working relationships.

The role will involve:

  • Creative resourcing and scheduling – working closely with account teams and ECD to effectively plan creative workloads and resourcing to ensure projects are delivered successfully
  • Workflow processes and system – working with the senior leadership team to lead the implementation of new work scheduling software for the agency.
  • External resource – identifying and engaging with suitable outsource partners when resources are required, both within our group of sister companies and externally.
  • Project Management – hands-on project management on new business pitches, ensuring each stage of the creative and deliver process is planned and implemented effectively.
  • Line Management – taking responsibility for the coaching and development of Creative Workflow Coordinator, undertaking regular feedback sessions to develop and refine goals.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years experience working in a creative services role directly responsible for managing creative resource and workflows, ideally through automated software.
  • Forward thinking, problem solving approach to all aspects of their work, displayed by a positive, proactive, can do attitude.
  • The ability to multi-task, working to agreed deadlines whilst retaining a professional approach.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of successfully coordinating multiple agency stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisation skills.
  • Financial management and reporting of assigned budgets and time allowances.
  • Project management experience of multi-channel deliveries.
  • The ability to nurture talent, specifically taking responsibility for the development of a direct report.
  • A desire to lead by example in everything they do internally and externally.
  • The perfect candidate would also have some production/art buying knowledge to assist our Studio Manager when projects get busy.
