We are SPARK – a marketing and promotions agency that helps brands harness the power of promotions to gain actionable insight and drive business growth. We provide brands and agencies with both full-service promotional campaigns and also all of the “nuts and bolts” required within a campaign.

Business is booming and as a result, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Acquisition Executive to join our small but perfectly formed team. Your role (should you wish to accept it!) is to identify, approach and generate income from clients ranging from blue chip organisations to local public sector services and everything in-between. You’ll have a range of products in your arsenal and identifying which products are right for which clients will be essential.

You will receive the support of experienced colleagues, but very quickly you’ll be up and running under your own steam, taking responsibility for your own targeting and targets too.

Location is flexible though you’ll benefit from time in the office working with people who really know their stuff and you’ll use a broad mix of communication channels to reach your customers. You’ll also work with the marketing team to draw customers from social channels too through the production of appropriate content and targeting of that content.

So what type of person are we looking for?

  • Previous sales experience, ideally targeting the HR industry, though relevance is less important than attitude.
  • You’ll be used to using digital CRM tools.
  • Confident communicator (in all forms)
  • Great with numbers.
  • Above all you have a brilliant positive attitude
