themission evolves to reflect forward thinking approach
themission, the technology-embraced marketing communications and advertising Group, has introduced changes to its organisational structure and evolved its brand as it continues to push boundaries to sustain growth for itself and its Clients.
The brand review includes refinements to its logo, the launch of a new website, and the development of its colour scheme.
The Group has also united its 16 Agencies by creating two operating divisions; Integrated Agencies and Sector Specialist Agencies.
James Clifton, Executive Director of themission and Chairman of bigdog will Chair the Integrated Agencies unit. Commenting on the benefits of the move, he said: “Bringing our Integrated Agencies together enables us to harness their collective strength. By sharing excellence, best practice, and resources we can avoid duplication of efforts and maximise our expertise to ensure we adapt in line with market changes.”
The Sector Specialist Agencies will be Chaired by themission’s Executive Director and Chief Executive of April Six and AprilSix Proof, Fiona Shepherd. She said: “We are passionate about continuously improving our offering and encouraging closer collaboration amongst our Sector Specialist Agencies is key to this. We can now take advantage of the depth of skills that sit across the Group whilst ensuring that a flexible, Client-centric approach remains at the heart of the business.”
In addition, whilst retaining his role as Executive Chairman of Bray Leino, Giles Lee has been appointed as Commercial Director of themission to focus on implementing the Group’s Shared Services model. He said: “Mutualising our back-office services is key to driving value and efficiency as it creates a centralised pool of resources from which all our Agencies can profit.”
2017 was another successful year for the AIM listed company with the Group’s financial results showing that headline profits before tax were up 10% to £7.7million.
