themission Agency, Bray Leino CX has been shortlisted for a BIMA Award for their latest work with mfldirect in the Product and Service Design category: Impact.

A phenomenal shift-change in process has improved the efficiency, user-experience and performance of mfldirect’s claims system for both their customers and their internal Customer Solutions team. This has resulted in a 60% reduction in the time it takes to complete the process; a 47% decrease in the number of calls being taken and an overwhelmingly positive response from all users.

The BIMA Awards celebrate the best of British digital and the judges of the category will be focusing on project effectiveness and measurable business outcomes – which Bray Leino CX has shown in abundance, so fingers and toes are crossed.
