Announced on 2 June at the South West & Wales ceremony held in Bristol, the Award was for Speed’s work supporting Mosaic, HRH The Prince of Wales’ mentoring charity, with the launch of its 2016 Enterprise Challenge competition.
The Enterprise Challenge is a national initiative spanning six UK regions that sees mentors from the business community working with young people in schools from deprived areas to develop exciting, feasible business ideas.
Playing an integral part in the execution of the campaign, Speed provided press office support, social media engagement, media outreach and content creation from the launch in November 2015 to the Grand Final in May this year.
Key results included recruiting 90 new mentors, securing an organic reach across all social media channels of 71,387 and a Twitter engagement of 1.71% (1%+ being the Twitter benchmark of success). Find out more about Speed’s work on the campaign here.
Kelly Pepworth, Managing Partner of the Business and Corporate team at Speed, said: “We’re delighted to have won this award and it is testament to the team’s hard work, tenacity, energy and commitment.
