Aviva has appointed The Mission Marketing Group agency Bray Leino as its new lead strategic creative agency to manage B2B communications across all of its UK business areas – life and pensions, general insurance and healthcare. (Aviva’s relationship with AMV BBDO as lead creative agency for consumer communications is unaffected by this appointment).
Bray Leino’s London office was chosen following a tendering process involving 10 agencies. All incumbent agencies were invited to pitch.
Bray Leino will be tasked with delivering a single brand positioning across all creative communications for Aviva’s B2B UK business areas – leveraging Aviva’s distinctive position as a composite insurer and providing consistent messaging to all B2B audiences.
This is the first time Aviva will have had a lead agency in this role, helping achieve its ambition of becoming the most recommended financial services provider.
Anne Filatotchev, UK Marketing Director of Aviva comments: “Moving to a single B2B agency will help us further leverage the strength of the Aviva brand across all our B2B audiences in the UK. Now is a time of great opportunity for our industry and, working with Bray Leino, we will be well placed to deliver the best for our customers.”
Bruce Hutton Group Chief Executive of Bray Leino comments: “This is a new and exciting assignment for our business – and, more importantly, a chance to make a real difference with a great brand like Aviva.”
