AGM Statement

24th May 2007

At today's Annual General Meeting of The Mission Marketing Group plc Francis Maude, Chairman, will make the following statement:

"themission has made considerable progress in its first 12 months as a listed company. In that period the Group has delivered well above industry average organic growth and has made three major acquisitions. These acquisitions have seen the Group grow its annual turnover base from £5 million pre-IPO to a proforma turnover of almost £80 million in 2006, with nine offices across the UK, servicing national and international clients.

Two of these acquisitions have been made since the financial year end. On 14 March 2007 themission announced the acquisition of thinkBDW, one of the UK's leading specialist property and real estate marketing agencies. In the same week, this was followed by April-Six, a leading marketing agency specialising in the global IT sector, on 16 March. Both acquisitions give themission presence in dynamic, fast growing sectors and fit perfectly with the Group's strategy set out at the time of its IPO in April 2006.

The current financial year has started well with good organic growth supported by an encouraging new business performance. We continue to evaluate further acquisition opportunities that meet our strict financial and operational criteria. Overall, the Group is performing in line with our expectations and the Board is confident that 2007 will be another strong year. "
