The Mission Marketing Group plc ("themissiontm") has announced that, on 21st October 2011, it purchased from the Liquidators of FireIMC Ltd, certain assets including the name and intellectual property rights.
David Morgan, Executive Chairman of themissiontm, says: "FireIMC was a well recognised and respected agency in Northern Ireland, and the acquisition of its name and the intellectual property rights provides a great opportunity for us to enhance our presence in Ireland, and a real boost for the RLA Group, and specifically for our business based in Belfast."
