Big Communications gets slice of Domino's action!

Big Communications is to film a major new TV ad for Domino's Pizza. The award-winning advertising agency was invited by the UK and Ireland's leading pizza delivery company in mid-December to present its creative ideas for the £3 million through-the-line campaign.
After officially winning the account in early January 2008, a team at Big Communications, led by Dylan Bogg, Group Creative Director, has been busy translating its creative thinking into material for the campaign.
The first in a planned series of TV ads, it is scheduled to break in February. Set to be broadcast over an 8 week period, the 30-second ad will specifically focus on a new pizza launch. Details of the TV production company will be confirmed shortly.
The agency, along with sister company, digital marketing specialist Fuse Digital, already has experience of working with major players in the food and drink sector. These include the likes of Lucozade, Napolina, Princes and Sharwoods. It is also widely recognised for its understanding of the ‘young adult' market through its work with Greenpeace, King of Shaves and WKD.

Consumers would appear unable to get enough of Domino's Pizza. The company, which has over 500 outlets in the UK and ROI, has seen total like-for-like sales in the six weeks to 30 December 2007 increase by 17.6% compared to the same period in 2006.
