Account Director

We're looking for truly exceptional individuals that can direct, manage and develop Client Accounts to deliver bottom line ROI for Clients combined with creative and financial reward for the Agency. Genuine talent is as important as experience. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional account handling skills across the board with a particular emphasis on client relationships, internal team motivation and strategic and commercial awareness. The ideal candidate will be able to show how he/she has gone beyond the norm to deliver for both their Agency and their Clients. The ability to develop as well as implement marcomms strategies is a must, as is the ability to guide, nurture and develop their Agency team. A passion for the industry as well as a hunger to succeed will be vital to this exciting role.
